Application Note

ICC: Use at a dilution of 1/500. IP: Use at a concentration of 2 - 4 μg/ml. WB: Use at a concentration of 2 μg/ml. This concentration detects membrin in 20μg of HeLa heat shocked cell lysate by ECL analysis. Predicted molecular weight: 27 kDa. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
