Mitofilin antibody

Mitofilin antibody detects Mitofilin protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MCF-7 cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37ºC for 30 min.
Green: Mitofilin protein stained by Mitofilin antibody (GTX115523) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Mitofilin antibody (GTX115523) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
