WB: Recommended dilution:0,5-1 ?g/ml, overnight in 4ºCPositive control and sample preparation:BS (bovine serum), dilution 1:50 in Laemmli reducing buffer, boiled in water bath for 3 minApplication notes:Strongly reacts with bovine IgG light chains, weakly reacts with IgM.Reducing conditions. SDS-PAGE (12% separating gel, 4% stacking gel). Recommended secondary antibody - anti mouse IgG/HRP - dilution 1:2000 in PBS/Tween, 60 min on vertical incubator.
