Sandwich ELISA analysis of human IgA binding using Mouse anti Human IgA (GTX76197) as a capture reagent and biotinylated Mouse anti Human IgA (GTX40481) as a detection reagent with purified human IgA as antigen. Subsequent detection is by HRP conjugated streptavidin and substrate.
