Culture supernatants from various IgG-expressing (and one IgA-expressing) mouse hybridoma clones were characterized using the Mouse Monoclonal Antibody IgG Subclass Strip Kit (Cat. No. GTX543056) to illustrate sample readouts. The strip contains immobilized capture antibodies specific for IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, and the kappa light chain. The control line (C) confirms valid assay performance.
