Mpox virus B6R antibody [HL3102]

Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant HEK293 expressed Mpox virus B6R (ECD) protein, His tag (GTX140327-pro). Coated protein was probed with Mpox virus B6R (ECD) protein antibodies (1 μg/mL) below. Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.

1. Mpox virus B6R antibody [HL3102] (GTX640548)
2. Mpox virus B6R antibody [HL3107] (GTX640553)

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) BSC-40 whole cell extracts were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Mpox virus B6R antibody [HL3102] (GTX640548) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
