Application Note

For WB: Use at a dilution of 1:500-1:3000. For ICC/IF: Use at a dilution of 1:100 - 1:200. For IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1:200. Background

Mre11 is an 80 kDa protein that acts as a Mn+2 dependent double stranded DNA 3' to 5' exonuclease and a single stranded DNA endonuclease. It is part of a larger complex with Rad50, p95 (Nibrin) and possibly other associated proteins involved in the nucleolytic end-processing of double strand breaks and telomere maintenance.

The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
