Application Note

Application Recommended Dilution
ICC/IF 1-2μg/ml
IHC-P 1-2μg/ml for 30 minutes at RT
FACS 1-2μg/10⁶ cells

Note :

IHC-P
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95ºC followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
Not tested in other applications.

Product Note

This MAb recognizes the peptide core of gastric mucin M1 (1,000kDa) (recently identified as Mucin 5AC). Its epitope is destroyed by beta-mercaptoethanol and proteases but not by periodate treatment.
We do not recommend use of this product for Bovine samples.
