MyD88 antibody

MYD88 antibody detects MYD88 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 10 min.
Green: MYD88 protein stained by MYD88 antibody (GTX112986) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 μm.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MyD88 antibody (GTX112986) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ELISA detection of MyD88 using GTX112986 for capture at a concentration of 5 μg/mL and GTX89605 for detection at a concentration of 5 μg/mL.
