Immunogen

Chickens were immunized with EQKLISEEDL ( C-MYC) conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase. The antibodies were conjugated with Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC).
