Sample: DIV9 rat E18 primary hippocampal neuron cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: NCAM stained by NCAM antibody [GT135] (GTX634792) diluted at 1:500.
Red: NeuN, stained by NeuN antibody (GTX132974) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NCAM antibody [GT135] (GTX634792) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
