Background

The encoded protein is a subunit of the hydrophobic protein fraction of the NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I), the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain located in the inner mitochondrial membrane. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NDUFA9 antibody (GTX132978) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
