Background

This gene encodes one of the iron-sulfur protein (IP) components of mitochondrial NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I). Mutations in this gene are associated with Leigh syndrome resulting from mitochondrial complex I deficiency.

KO/KD

Wild-type (WT) and NDUFS3 knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NDUFS3 antibody (GTX105835) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37℃ for 30 min.
Green: NDUFS3 protein stained by NDUFS3 antibody (GTX105835) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
