Application Note

ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.15 - 0.3 μg/ml. (100 μl/well); Sensitivity = 0.2 ng/well. WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 μg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 28.9 kDa. Sensitivity = 1.5-3.0 ng/lane. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
