NLRP3 antibody [HL5077]

NLRP3 antibody [HL5077] detects NLRP3 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and treated THP-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: NLRP3 stained by NLRP3 antibody [HL5077] (GTX645267) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Untreated (–) and treated (+) Raw264.7 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NLRP3 antibody [HL5077] (GTX645267) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
