NOX4 antibody [N3C3]

NOX4 antibody [N3C3] detects NOX4 protein at cytoplasm in rat kidney by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat kidney.
NOX4 antibody [N3C3] (GTX121929) diluted at 1:500.

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

SH-SY5Y whole cell and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NOX4 antibody [N3C3] (GTX121929) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NOX4 antibody [N3C3] (GTX121929) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: A431 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: NOX4 protein stained by NOX4 antibody [N3C3] (GTX121929) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma, using NOX4(GTX121929) antibody at 1:250 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
