Background

This gene is related to the Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome candidate-1 gene and encodes a protein with PWWP (proline-tryptophan-tryptophan-proline) domains. The function of the protein has not been determined. Two alternatively spliced variants have been described. [provided by RefSeq]

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NSD3 antibody [C1C2], Internal (GTX109396) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200.
