Sample: mouse dorsal root ganglia cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.

Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Nav1.7 antibody (GTX134494) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Various tissue extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Nav1.7 antibody (GTX134494) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
