Nectin 2 stained by Nectin 2 antibody [HL6045] (GTX648124) diluted at 1:200.
Antigen Retrieval: Tris-EDTA buffer, pH 9.0, 15 min

Nectin 2 antibody [HL6045] detects Nectin 2 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MCF-7 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Nectin 2 stained by Nectin 2 antibody [HL6045] (GTX648124) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Nectin 2 antibody [HL6045] (GTX648124) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
