Nestin antibody

Nestin antibody detects Nestin protein at cytoskeleton by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Nestin stained by Nestin antibody (GTX116066) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar= 10 μm.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Nestin antibody (GTX116066) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
