Note :

IHC-P
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10mM Tris buffer with 1mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95ºC followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
Not tested in other applications.

Product Note

This antibody recognizes an antigen associated with the nuclei in all cells and can be used in cells or tissue preparations and as a nuclear marker in subcellular fractions.
We do not recommend use of this product for Pig samples.
