PAR2 antibody [HL3771]

PAR2 antibody [HL3771] (GTX641970) detects PAR2 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: MDA-MB-231 and HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer to permeabilize the cell membrane.
The cells were following stained with PAR2 antibody [HL3771] (GTX641970) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) control at 4ºC for 1 hour.
The classification of protein expression as positive or negative was primarily based on data from the Human Protein Atlas (HPA).

Sample: Non-transfected and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer. Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) boiled and unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PAR2 antibody [HL3771] (GTX641970) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Unboiled HCT-116 whole cell and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PAR2 antibody [HL3771] (GTX641970) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. (WCE: whole cell extract; ME: membrane extract)

Sample: HCT116 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: PAR2 stained by PAR2 antibody [HL3771] (GTX641970) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
