PHACTR1 antibody

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PHACTR1 antibody (GTX122251) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

PHACTR1 antibody detects PHACTR1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SKNSH cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: PHACTR1 protein stained by PHACTR1 antibody (GTX122251) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

PHACTR1 antibody detects PHACTR1 protein by western blot analysis. Rat tissue extracts (50 μg) was separated by 7.5 % SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PHACTR1 antibody (GTX122251) diluted by 1:1000.
