PKC mu antibody

PKC mu antibody detects PKC mu protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: PKC mu protein stained by PKC mu antibody (GTX133778) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 μm.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with PKC mu antibody (GTX133778) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (sc-639) diluted at 1:100. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
