PKC theta (phospho Ser695) antibody

PKC theta (phospho Ser695) antibody detects PKC theta (phospho Ser695) protein by western blot analysis. Un-treated (-) and treated (+, 500nM PMA treatment for 1 hr) MCF-7 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PKC theta (phospho Ser695) antibody (GTX109689) at a dilution of 1:500.
