PNPase antibody

PNPase antibody detects PNPase protein by Western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PNPase antibody (GTX118737) diluted by 1:2500.

Immunoprecipitation of PNPase protein from HeLa whole cell extracts using 5 μg of PNPase antibody (GTX118737).
Western blot analysis was performed using PNPase antibody (GTX118737).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

PNPase antibody detects PNPase protein at mitochondria on human normal colon by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human normal colon.
PNPase antibody (GTX118737) dilution: 1:250.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using PNPase(GTX118737) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (Red) at 1:2500.
