ICC/IF analysis of HCT116 cells using GTX12412 PPAR alpha antibody [3B6/PPAR]. Panel e is a no primary antibody control.
Green : Primary antibody
Blue : Nuclei
Red : Actin
Fixation : 4% paraformaldehyde
Permeabilization : 0.1% Trito X-100 for 10 minutes
Dilution : 2 μg/ml in 0.1% BSA and incubated for 3 hours at room temperature

FACS analysis of Jurkat cells(1-5x10⁶ cells/ml) using GTX12412 PPAR alpha antibody [3B6/PPAR] compared to an isotype control (blue).
Dilution : 0.25 ug/test for 60 min at room temperature
Fixation : 2% paraformaldehyde

Dilution : 1:1000 (lane 1 and 2) & 1:500 (lane 3)
