Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

PRPF39 antibody detects PRPF39 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and PRPF39-transfected (+, including Flag-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PRPF39 antibody (GTX104949) diluted by 1:5000.
