PRRS virus Nsp4 protein antibody [HL4840]

PRRS virus Nsp4 protein antibody [HL4840] detects PRRS virus Nsp4 protein protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PRRS virus Nsp4 protein stained by PRRS virus Nsp4 protein antibody [HL4840] (GTX644903) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) Marc-145 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PRRS virus Nsp4 protein antibody [HL4840] (GTX644903) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
