PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein antibody [GT119] detects PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein stained by PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein antibody [GT119] (GTX642224) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) Marc-145 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein antibody [GT119] (GTX642224) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
