Wild-type (WT) and PRX III knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PRX III antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX111887) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Peroxiredoxin 3 antibody [C2C3], C-term detects Peroxiredoxin 3 protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37oC for 30 min.
Green: Peroxiredoxin 3 protein stained by Peroxiredoxin 3 antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX111887) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
