Background

Interacts with the cytoplasmic tail of NMDA receptor subunits and shaker-type potassium channels. Required for synaptic plasticity associated with NMDA receptor signaling. Overexpression or depletion of DLG4 changes the ratio of excitatory to inhibitory synapses in hippocampal neurons. May reduce the amplitude of ACCN3 acid-evoked currents by retaining the channel intracellularly. May regulate the intracellular trafficking of ADR1B.

Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PSD95 antibody [GT1234] (GTX634291) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: DIV9 rat E18 primary cortical neuron cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PSD95 stained by PSD95 antibody [GT1234] (GTX634291) diluted at 1:500.
Red: NeuN, stained by NeuN antibody (GTX132974) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
