PVRL4 antibody [HL2758]

PVRL4 antibody [HL2758] (GTX639621) detects PVRL4 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: non-fixed and non-permeabilized T-47D or MDA-MB-231 cells were stained with 5μg/ml GTX639621 (red) or a Rabbit monoclonal IgG isotype control (gray) in 1% FBS/ 5mM EDTA/PBS at 4ºC for 1 hour.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PVRL4 antibody [HL2758] (GTX639621) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) MCF-7 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PVRL4 antibody [HL2758] (GTX639621) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
