(A) Unstimulated TF-1 cells cultured in RPMI-1640 for 72hrs.
(B) TF-1 cells cultured in RPMI-1640, stimulated with 10 ng/ml SCF for 72hrs.

The dose effect curve of GTX00337-pro Pig SCF protein (active) on TF-1 cells. After incubation of Pig SCF protein (active) for 72 hrs, cell proliferation was measured by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8).
