Non-infected (–) and infected (+) PK-15 whole cell extracts (15 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Porcine circovirus type 2 Capsid antibody [GT863] (GTX634210) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouset IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
