Porcine circovirus type 2 Capsid antibody [GT972] detects Porcine circovirus type 2 Capsid protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: PCV2 non-infected (left) and infected (right) PK-15 cells were fixed in Acetone for 10 min.
Green: Porcine circovirus type 2 Capsid protein stained by Porcine circovirus type 2 Capsid antibody [GT972] (GTX634211) diluted at 1:200.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) PK-15 whole cell extracts (15 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Porcine circovirus type 2 Capsid antibody [GT972] (GTX634211) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
