Powassan virus Capsid antibody [HL4301]

Powassan virus Capsid antibody [HL4301] detects Powassan virus Capsid protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Powassan virus Capsid stained by Powassan virus Capsid antibody [HL4301] (GTX643541) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Powassan virus Capsid antibody [HL4301] (GTX643541) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: Mock and POWV (MOI:1, 48 hr) infected A549 cells were fixed in 4 % formaldehyde and permeabilized using PBS containing 0.5 % Triton X-100 and 20 mM glycine.
Red: Powassan virus Capsid stained by Powassan virus Capsid antibody [HL4301] (GTX643541) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: nuclear staining.
