Powassan virus NS1 antibody [HL3963]

Powassan virus NS1 antibody [HL3963] detects Powassan virus NS1 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Powassan virus NS1 stained by Powassan virus NS1 antibody [HL3963] (GTX642213) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Powassan virus NS1 antibody [HL3963] (GTX642213) diluted at 1:20000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) A549 whole cell extracts (gradient gel) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Powassan virus NS1 antibody [HL3963] (GTX642213) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
