Powassan virus prM protein antibody [HL4038]

Powassan virus prM protein antibody [HL4038] detects Powassan virus prM protein protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Powassan virus prM protein stained by Powassan virus prM protein antibody [HL4038] (GTX642369) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Powassan virus prM protein antibody [HL4038] (GTX642369) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) A549 whole cell extracts (gradient gel) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Powassan virus prM protein antibody [HL4038] (GTX642369) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
