Powassan virus prM protein antibody [HL4163]

Powassan virus prM antibody [HL4163] detects Powassan virus prM protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and POWV (MOI:1, 48 hr) infected A549 cells were fixed in 4 % formaldehyde and permeabilized using PBS containing 0.5 % Triton X-100 and 20 mM glycine.
Red: Powassan virus prM stained by Powassan virus prM antibody [HL4163] (GTX642968) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: nuclear staining.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) A549 whole cell extracts were separated by gradient gel, and the membrane was blotted with Powassan virus PrM antibody [HL4163] (GTX642968) diluted at 1:1000.
