Prolactin antibody [HL5726]

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant HEK293 expressed, full-length Human Prolactin protein, His tag (GTX138611-pro) (2.4-153.85 nM). Coated protein was probed with Prolactin antibody (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) and Goat anti-mouse IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213111-01) (1:10000) were used to detect the bound primary antibody.

HH whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Prolactin antibody [HL5726] (GTX646677) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
