QTRT1 antibody

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with QTRT1 antibody (GTX118778) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse muscle, using QTRT1 antibody(GTX118778) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

QTRT1 antibody detects QTRT1 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: U87-MG cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: QTRT1 protein stained by QTRT1 antibody (GTX118778) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
