Immunoprecipitation of RAB32 protein from HeLa whole cell extracts using 5 μg of RAB32 antibody (GTX130477).
Western blot analysis was performed using RAB32 antibody (GTX130477).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RAB32 antibody (GTX130477) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
