APPLICATION

Application Note

We recommend the following starting dilutions: For WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 μg/ml. For ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/ml. For IHC: Use an assay dependent dilution. Optimal dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

GTX31209 IHC Image

IHC analysis of colchicine injected rat brain (somatosensory cortex) tissue using RANTES antibody at a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml. This was followed by a peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody and then a fluorescein Tyramide Signal Amplification (TSA) reagent.
