RAS (Q61R Mutant) antibody

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RAS (Q61R Mutant) antibody (GTX135497) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

RAS (Q61R Mutant) antibody detects RAS (Q61R Mutant) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: RAS (WT) and RAS (Q61R Mutant) transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: RAS (Q61R Mutant) stained by RAS (Q61R Mutant) antibody (GTX135497) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
