RFP antibody [HL2028]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted antibodies as follows:
Upper image: RFP antibody [HL2028], GTX637929 (1:5000)
Middle image: mCherry-tagged protein antibody, GTX128508
Lower image: FP-tagged protein antibody, GTX635070
The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

RFP-tag antibody detects RFP tagged protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: RFP tagged protein transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: RFP tagged protein stained by RFP-tag antibody (GTX637929) diluted at 500.
Red: RFP tagged protein is expressed in the transfected cells.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
