RIP3 antibody

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RIP3 antibody (GTX131188) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

RIP3 antibody detects RIP3 protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma.
RIP3 stained by RIP3 antibody (GTX131188) diluted at 1:1000.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Sample: THP-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: RIP3 stained by RIP3 antibody (GTX131188) diluted at 1:500.
