RNAse H2A Peptide detects RNASEH2A protein at nucleolus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: RNASEH2A protein stained by RNAse H2A Peptide (GTX115433) diluted at 1:200.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

RNASEH2A antibody detects RNASEH2A protein by western blot analysis. HeLa whole cell extracts and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RNASEH2A antibody (GTX115433) diluted by 1:1000.
