RNaseH2B antibody detects RNaseH2B protein by western blot analysis. HeLa whole cell extracts and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RNaseH2B antibody (GTX632104) at a dilution of 1:1000.
