RSK (pan) (phospho Ser221 / Ser227 / Ser218 / Ser232) antibody [HL3427]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RSK (pan) (phospho Ser221 / Ser227 / Ser218 / Ser232) antibody [HL3427] (GTX641269) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant RSK1 non-phospho peptide, RSK1 (phospho Ser227) peptide, RSK2 non-phospho peptide, RSK2 (phospho Ser227) peptide, RSK3 non-phospho peptide, RSK3 (phospho Ser218) peptide, RSK4 non-phospho peptide, and RSK4 (phospho Ser232) peptide (62.5- ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with RSK (pan) (phospho Ser221 / Ser227 / Ser218 / Ser232) antibody [HL3427] (GTX641269) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
